We will gladly accept unopened and unworn underwear still in its original packaging with all tags and stickers attached within 14 days of purchase (ie. the date of order). Once processed, you can choose between a refund or store credit. Returns that don’t meet this criteria won’t be refunded.
I LOVE THE FEEL BUT NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE

Pretty simple, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. It might take up to a week for us to receive and process your refund so please be patient. An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yeah, eh! We use Canada Post and shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow 1 business day for processing orders. Need it sooner? Email us at hello@peekbasics.com
